        /do not have time to read all of this thread. I’m sure you’ve all already discussed most of the above. I just needed to vent. We all decided last night that it would be a bad idea to put me in front of the MiniTru TV cameras at midnight.

I did say most of that to the remaining press at midnight- just not in front of a camera.
They, of course, were disbelieving.
A few years ago AtS I got into a rancorous exchange about this sort of stuff with reaganite. As I’ve written and said many times, if we can sit down in two years and laugh about my stupidity over a beer, I’ll be delighted.

Breaking with the GOP completely this week. I'll probably vote for the local candidates, but no more reinforcing failure.

I heard Glenn Beck today (whom I do like) stirring the pot today, and then pleading for non-violence. Then I read the Dennis Praeger thread, talking about Civil War (he must have been reading my essays rants), and then pushing non-violence.
People are forgetting: our forefathers would have been shooting by now.
